    Abstract

    Thesis examines women's involvement in organizing around women's health in Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario by constructing a social history of key groups -- The Women and Health Sub-committee, the Women's Health Action Group, the Women's Health Education Project and the Women's Health Information Network.
